This Privacy Policy explains how Nuravi Skincare LLC, 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801 ("Nuravi," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit nuravi.com, create an account, place an order, subscribe to our communications, or otherwise interact with us. Information We Collect

Order and transaction data: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, items purchased, order value, and payment card details (processed and stored by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number).
Account data: login email, password hash, order history, subscription status and preferences, and saved addresses when you create an account or use the customer portal.
Marketing data: email address and, where you provide it, first name and skincare preferences submitted through sign-up forms, quizzes, or promotions, together with engagement data such as email opens and clicks.
Cookies and analytics data: device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, referral source, and on-site behavior collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies as described in the Cookies section below.
Support data: the contents of emails and messages you send to support@nuravi.com, so we can resolve your inquiry and improve our service.

How We Use Your Information

To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders, including sending order and shipping confirmations (performance of a contract).
To manage your account, subscriptions, and the customer portal (performance of a contract).
To provide customer support and handle returns under our 60-Night Glow Guarantee (performance of a contract / legitimate interests).
To send marketing emails where you have opted in, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email (consent).
To detect and prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations (legitimate interests / legal obligation).
To analyze site performance and improve our products and experience (legitimate interests / consent where required).

Who We Share Data With (Processors)

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contractual safeguards:

Payment processor: receives your payment details directly to authorize and settle card transactions. Nuravi does not store full card numbers.
ShipBob (fulfillment): receives your name, delivery address, and order contents to pick, pack, and ship your order through its carrier network (USPS, UPS, DHL).
Email service provider: receives your email address and engagement data to deliver transactional and, where opted in, marketing emails.
Analytics providers: receive pseudonymous usage data to help us understand site performance.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your data.

Data Retention

We retain order and transaction records for seven (7) years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after your last activity, unless you request deletion sooner. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Support correspondence is retained for 24 months after the inquiry is closed. When retention ends, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

Your Rights — GDPR (EU/EEA Residents)

If you are in the EU or EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or receive a portable copy of your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise any right, email hello@nuravi.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. For customers in the European Union, our designated EU representative for data protection matters can be reached via hello@nuravi.com with the subject line "EU Representative," and we will route your inquiry accordingly.

Your Rights — CCPA/CPRA (California Residents)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction; and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by California law. Because some cookie-based advertising analytics may qualify as "sharing," we honor opt-outs submitted through the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the site footer, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Cookies and Your Choices

We use strictly necessary cookies (cart, checkout, security), functional cookies (preferences), and, with your consent where required, analytics and advertising cookies. You can manage preferences at any time through the cookie banner or the "Cookie Settings" link in our footer, and through your browser settings. Blocking non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to shop with us.

Children

Our products and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact hello@nuravi.com and we will delete it promptly.

Security and International Transfers

We use encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and vetted processors to protect your data. Because we operate from the United States, EU customer data is transferred to the US under appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses with our processors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or a prominent site notice, and the "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version. Continued use of nuravi.com after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
