Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how Nuravi subscriptions work, how billing and renewals operate, and how you can manage, pause, or cancel your plan. It is offered by Nuravi Skincare LLC, 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801 ("Nuravi," "we," "us") and forms part of our Terms of Service. Questions at any point: support@nuravi.com.

How the Nuravi Subscription Works

A Nuravi subscription delivers your chosen product automatically each month so your ritual never runs dry. When you subscribe, you get:

  • Member pricing: the Age-Rewind Cream ships at the member price of $98 per month — a standing saving versus the one-time price of $118. Member pricing on other subscribable products is shown at checkout.
  • Priority fulfillment from our US warehouse, with free shipping on every subscription order of $75 or more.
  • Full flexibility: pause, skip, swap, or cancel at any time from the customer portal — no phone calls, no retention scripts, no minimum term.
  • The 60-Night Glow Guarantee on every individual shipment, per our Refund Policy.

Billing Cadence and Renewal

Your first subscription charge occurs when you place your initial order. Thereafter, your subscription renews automatically every 30 days, and your saved payment method is charged the member price (plus applicable tax) on each renewal date. Your renewal date is shown in the customer portal and in every renewal reminder. We send a reminder email at least 3 days before each upcoming charge, so a renewal never takes you by surprise. Each shipment follows our standard fulfillment timelines: 1–2 business days handling, then 2–5 business days in transit (US) or 7–12 business days (EU).

Managing Your Subscription — Pause, Skip, Swap, Cancel

Everything is self-serve in the customer portal at nuravi.com (log in with your order email):

  • Pause: suspend your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 renewal cycles. Billing stops during the pause and resumes automatically on the date shown when you confirm — we email you before the first resumed charge.
  • Skip: push a single upcoming shipment to the next cycle without affecting the rest of your plan.
  • Swap: change the product in your next shipment to any other subscribable Nuravi product. If the swapped product has a different member price, the new price is shown before you confirm and applies from the next renewal.
  • Change date: move your renewal date earlier or later to match your usage.
  • Cancel: end the subscription entirely — effective immediately for all future renewals.

Deadline: to affect an upcoming renewal, any pause, skip, swap, or cancellation must be completed before that renewal charge is processed on your renewal date. Changes made after a charge has processed apply from the following cycle; the already-processed shipment will be delivered as normal and remains fully covered by the 60-Night Glow Guarantee, so you are never stuck with a shipment you did not want. If you ever have trouble with the portal, email support@nuravi.com and our team will make the change for you, honoring the timestamp of your email.

Failed Payments and Dunning

If a renewal charge fails (for example, an expired card or insufficient funds), we handle it gently and transparently:

  • We email you immediately with a secure link to update your payment method in the portal.
  • We automatically retry the charge up to three (3) times over the following 10 days.
  • No shipment is sent, and no further amount is owed, unless a retry succeeds.
  • If all retries fail, your subscription is automatically suspended — not sent to collections, and no fees are added. You can reactivate at any time from the portal, keeping your member pricing.

Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel: (a) no further renewal charges will be made to your payment method; (b) any shipment whose charge was already processed before your cancellation will still be fulfilled and delivered, and may be returned under the Refund Policy if you wish; (c) your account, order history, and portal access remain active so you can shop one-time purchases whenever you like; and (d) if you resubscribe later, the then-current member pricing applies. We will send a confirmation email when your cancellation is processed — if you do not receive one within a few minutes, the cancellation may not have completed; contact support@nuravi.com and we will confirm the state of your plan.

Price and Policy Changes

Member prices are locked for your active subscription except where we provide at least 30 days' advance email notice of a change. If you do not wish to continue at a new price, cancel any time before the first renewal at that price and you will never be charged it. We may also update this policy prospectively; material changes are notified by email and never apply retroactively to charges already made.

A Note on Consent

By starting a subscription you expressly authorize recurring monthly charges to your saved payment method at the disclosed member price until you cancel, as summarized at checkout and in your confirmation email. This paragraph, the checkout disclosure, and our Terms of Service together form the complete record of that consent.
