These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nuravi.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Nuravi Skincare LLC, 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801 ("Nuravi," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering a binding contract to purchase from the Site. By ordering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied.

2. Products and Cosmetic Disclaimer

Nuravi products, including our Age-Rewind Cream ($118), are cosmetic products intended to cleanse, moisturize, and improve the appearance of the skin. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Individual results vary: outcomes depend on skin type, age, environment, and consistency of use, and testimonials reflect individual experiences that may not be typical. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice; consult a dermatologist or physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under medical care, or have a known skin condition. Patch-test note: before first use, apply a small amount to the inner forearm and wait 24 hours; discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

3. Pricing, Billing, and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD for US customers and EUR for EU customers, and are subject to change without notice; the price charged is the price displayed at the time you place your order. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards; payment is captured when your order is confirmed. We may cancel any order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or product unavailability, in which case you will receive a full refund of amounts charged.

4. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal (Important — Please Read)

If you purchase a Nuravi subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that: (a) your subscription automatically renews every month and your saved payment method will be charged the member price of $98 per shipment (plus any applicable tax) until you cancel; (b) the renewal terms, cadence, and price were disclosed to you at checkout before you consented to the charge; (c) you can pause, skip, swap, or cancel at any time in the customer portal at nuravi.com, with changes effective for any renewal not yet processed; and (d) after cancellation you will not be charged further, and any shipment already processed will still be delivered and remains covered by our Refund Policy. A reminder of these terms is included in your subscription confirmation email. Full mechanics are described in our Subscription Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

5. Shipping and Returns

Shipping timelines, carriers, and costs are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds, including our 60-Night Glow Guarantee and the EU 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, are governed by our Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and all its content — including the Nuravi name and logo, product names, formulations descriptions, text, graphics, photography, and software — are owned by or licensed to Nuravi Skincare LLC and protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security features; (c) scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means without consent; (d) submit false or fraudulent orders or reviews; or (e) resell Nuravi products commercially without written authorization. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or our Refund Policy, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nuravi's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, and in no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under EU consumer protection rules.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are an EU consumer, you additionally retain the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

11. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver (US Customers)

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and Nuravi each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Opt-out: you may reject this arbitration provision by emailing hello@nuravi.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" within thirty (30) days of your first purchase, including your name and order number; opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms. This section does not apply to EU consumers, who may bring claims in their local courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on the Site with its "Last updated" date. Changes apply prospectively; your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. For material changes affecting active subscriptions, we will provide advance notice by email.
