Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Nuravi Skincare LLC, 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801 ("Nuravi," "we," "us") processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on nuravi.com. We currently ship to the United States and the European Union. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Fulfillment and Carriers
All orders are fulfilled from our climate-controlled US warehouse through the ShipBob fulfillment network. Depending on your destination and the service selected, parcels are carried by USPS, UPS, or DHL (DHL eCommerce or DHL Express for international shipments). We select the carrier that offers the most reliable route for your address; the carrier handling your parcel is shown in your shipping confirmation email.
Processing (Handling) Time
Orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (ET) or on weekends and US public holidays begin processing the next business day. During major promotional periods, processing may extend by one additional business day; we will note any expected delays on the checkout page.
Transit Times
- United States (all 50 states): 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- European Union: 7–12 business days after dispatch, including customs clearance in the destination country.
Transit estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather events, customs inspections, and carrier volume peaks can add time. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days (US) or 20 business days (EU) of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Shipping Rates and Free Shipping Threshold
- Free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more (after discounts, before taxes), to both US and EU destinations.
- Orders under $75 are charged a flat standard rate calculated at checkout based on destination.
- Expedited options, where available for your address, are priced at checkout.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email your tracking number and a live tracking link to the address on your order. Tracking events may take up to 24 hours to populate after the label is created. You can also view tracking for any order in the customer portal on nuravi.com. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email support@nuravi.com.
Address Changes and Order Edits
Because our warehouse begins processing quickly, address changes can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched. Email support@nuravi.com with your order number and the corrected address as soon as possible; if the parcel has not yet left the warehouse, we will update it. Once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot reroute it. Orders returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer will be refunded less the original outbound shipping cost, or reshipped at the customer's expense.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
- Lost in transit: if tracking shows no movement for 7 consecutive days (US) or 12 consecutive days (EU), email support@nuravi.com. We will open a trace with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost or the trace exceeds 10 business days, send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
- Marked delivered but not received: please allow 48 hours (parcels are sometimes scanned early), check with household members and neighbors, then contact us. We will work with the carrier and make it right.
- Damaged on arrival: photograph the packaging and product and email us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping. No return is required unless we request one.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (EU Orders)
EU orders ship from our US warehouse under the Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) model unless otherwise stated at checkout. Import VAT, customs duties, and carrier brokerage fees, where levied, are determined by the destination country's authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Many EU shipments of cosmetic products under the applicable de minimis rules clear without additional charges, but we cannot guarantee this. If a parcel is refused at delivery due to unpaid duties and returned to us, we will refund the product price less outbound shipping and any return fees charged by the carrier.
Carbon-Neutral Shipping
Every Nuravi parcel ships carbon-neutral. We measure the estimated emissions of each shipment — from warehouse to doorstep — and purchase verified carbon offsets through our fulfillment partner's certified offset program at no extra cost to you. It is a small line item for us and a standing commitment to keeping your skincare routine light on the planet.
