60-Night Glow Guarantee & Refund Policy

At Nuravi, we formulate every product to deliver visible results — and we stand behind that promise. This Refund Policy explains the 60-Night Glow Guarantee offered by Nuravi Skincare LLC, 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801 ("Nuravi," "we," "us"), how to request a refund, and the timelines and conditions that apply to purchases made on nuravi.com.
The 60-Night Glow Guarantee
We believe skincare should be judged on results, not promises. That is why every eligible Nuravi purchase is protected by our 60-Night Glow Guarantee: use your product consistently for up to sixty (60) nights from the date of delivery, and if you are not satisfied with your results for any reason, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price — even if the jar or bottle has been opened and partially used.
- Window: 60 calendar days from the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
- Partial use allowed: opened and partially used products are fully eligible. We ask only that the original container be returned.
- Coverage: the product purchase price and any sales tax collected. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a defective item.
How to Request a Refund
To keep the process fast and traceable, all returns must be authorized in advance. Please follow these steps:
- Step 1 — Contact us. Email support@nuravi.com from the address used at checkout, with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. A brief note on why the product did not work for you is optional but helps us improve.
- Step 2 — Receive your RMA. Within one (1) business day, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address for our US returns facility. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be matched to an order and may be delayed or rejected.
- Step 3 — Ship the item. Package the product securely, write the RMA number on the outside of the parcel, and ship it within fourteen (14) days of receiving your RMA. We recommend a tracked shipping method; the customer is responsible for return postage unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing and Timelines
Once your return is received and inspected — typically within three (3) business days of arrival at our facility — we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days from approval for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer or bank. We will email you at each stage: RMA issued, return received, and refund processed. If more than ten (10) business days have passed since your refund confirmation email and the credit has not appeared, contact your card issuer first, then email support@nuravi.com and we will trace the transaction.
Subscription Orders
Subscription shipments are covered by the same 60-Night Glow Guarantee, measured from the delivery date of each individual shipment. Requesting a refund on a subscription shipment does not automatically cancel your subscription; to avoid future charges, cancel or pause your subscription in the customer portal at nuravi.com or ask our team to do so when you email support@nuravi.com. Refunds are issued per shipment; we do not retroactively refund prior subscription cycles that fall outside the 60-night window.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Partially returned sets: multi-product sets (for example, The Age-Rewind Ritual) must be returned complete. If a set is returned with components missing, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund reflecting the standalone value of the returned items.
- Final-sale items: products marked "final sale" at checkout, gift cards, and promotional gifts-with-purchase are not eligible for refund.
- One guarantee per product line per customer: the 60-Night Glow Guarantee may be used once per product line per household. Subsequent purchases of the same product are eligible for return only if unopened.
- Abuse: we reserve the right to decline refunds where we reasonably determine the policy is being abused, including repeated high-volume purchase-and-return patterns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@nuravi.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you, and no return is required unless we ask for one.
EU Customers — 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of delivery without giving any reason, in addition to — not instead of — our 60-Night Glow Guarantee. To exercise this right, notify us by an unequivocal statement to support@nuravi.com within the 14-day period and return the goods within 14 days of your notice. Under the statutory right, sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery may lose withdrawal eligibility for hygiene reasons; however, our 60-Night Glow Guarantee continues to cover opened products as described above. Statutory refunds are issued within 14 days of our receipt of the goods or proof of return shipment, using the original means of payment.
